To address these issues, a user-friendly and efficient platform for Punarvasu Chikitsalaya, a mid-sized for hospital healthcare management was designed, focusing on the perspective of the head nurse. Why Punarvasu?

Punarvasu Chikitsalaya, a mid-sized hospital with a reputation for comprehensive care, was selected for this project. Its scale, diverse staff, and mix of patient demographics provided an ideal context for understanding the complexities of hospital workflows.

In the current system, individuals encounter multifaceted challenges that hinder the seamless delivery of patient care and compromise operational efficiency. Workflow inefficiencies, information overload, and inadequate communication tools contribute to the complexities. In response to these challenges, the objective is to design and implement a comprehensive hospital management dashboard that aligns with the workflows, preferences, and expectations of the users. This solution aims to address the specific pain points identified in patient assessment, appointment management, treatment administration, and communication.
